What we collect

When you reserve a pack or take the Stack Check, we collect what you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, the supplements you choose, your quiz answers and any notes. We also record which page or ad brought you to us (for example, UTM tags) so we know which marketing works.

Bottle photos

If you upload photos of your supplement bottles, they're sent securely to an AI service that reads the labels and matches them to our catalog. We don't save your photos. Only the list of supplements we found is kept with your pack.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm and fulfil your pack, to contact you about your order and, if you opted in, to send tips and offers. Our fulfilment partner receives what it needs to make and ship your pouches. We don't sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics

We may use advertising pixels, such as Meta's, to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@thorsday.co.
